Hello Everybody! This is Working Class, which would like to talk a little bit about business. Now I Emperatriz with me in the studio. She is a businesswoman and today we are going to discuss the value of business.

DV: Hi. Emperatriz. My name is DV. You can have a seat and let me ask you a question. How do students plan their life after school? Do they plan to have family or will they start their own business for a career?

E: I don’t think students will choose to start a business for a career.

V: You’re right. But if students are looking for a better life after they finish school, maybe they can choose business as a career.

E: Yeah. Sometimes they have some interesting ideas. Maybe we can help them.

V: What do you mean by helping them?

E: I mean, if we discuss that in this show, maybe they will understand and they will be successful.

V: That’s why you mean this show is about how to create your own business?

E: Yes. To do that they need to know what are they planning to do after they finish school. Right?

V: Correct. Business is a career which can help them with a better life.

E: So, what do you think they need?

V: First, to build a business they need a dream.

E: Why?

V: For example, if you play lottery without a dream, you will never win. That’s the same thing for business. Your first choice is supposed to be a dream.

E: And what am I going to do with that dream. You think I will play the lottery?

V: Definitely not. After that you need to make a plan.

E: With that plan I can make a contact?

V: Yes. But this time you can come up with a specific idea. For example, my uncle had a store. When he started selling stuff at the store, everything was great for him, but when he made money, he played lottery with the money and within three months the store was bankrupt. He asked me what happened. I said that the business didn’t have a plan. One month later, I created a plan for him and the store worked. Two years later he made another store and now he has three stores.

E: What does a plan have to do with business?

V: A business plan is when someone decides to do or create something.

E: So, to build a business I have to be responsible?

V: Yes. If you are not responsible, your business will go broke.

E: So now I can say that I understand how to create my own business. What about you students? What are you waiting for? Go start your own business and then tomorrow you don’t have to worry about anything.

V: Wait a minute, Emperatriz. Let’s be serious about that. We have business to take care of. I don’t want to give the students a wrong idea.

E: I am sorry, because having a business is to take care of everything.

V: Now you are talking. I think now the students understand what to do after they are done with school. Thank you for listening and I hope all students will make the right choice when they are done with school. Thank you for joining the show Emperatriz.

Now for anyone who is listening to this show, if you will start a business, you can contact me at 718-284-3549. I will be available all the time.
