Actually, his old nickname was " vago”, and everyone used to call him by his old nickname. He is of Ecuadorian nationality, the same as me. I know him for many years.
His childhood life was so excited, sharing bad and good moments with me. He used to meet every day with his friends in everywhere. His life was so happy until he had to move away. Nail salons in U.S. - EunJung Ko
When I first came to the U.S., I was shocked that they were so many nail salons. In my country, people are not used to going to a nail salon to do their nails. There are a few, only in big cities, but it is limited to celebrities or very rich people. But here in the U.S., it is like wearing the right clothing for the right time. People go to do their nails before they go on vacation, before attending a funeral, before a birthday party or even every other week. That is my motivation to interview a nail-person, who is common in the U.S., but not so common in any other part of the world.

An Interview with My Sister - Wida Sidiqi
I interviewed my sister her name is Roya. She is student at LaGuardia Community college, and her major is accounting. For me it was interesting to know about her Oral Communication’s class that I am taking right now. I remember when she entered the college she took ESL 97, with UHL 100 in her first semester. She said that that class was very interesting for her. They, I mean the class did a lot of stuff in class. It was very exciting for her to know different people in her class from all around the worlds. In Roy’s class there were only eight students and all were from different cultures and countries. She enjoyed that class even though it was a little hard for her; she was a beginner that is way.
My sister told me about how the speech lab was helpful for her. They had to record their own vice and then listened to it and make correction. When you listened to your own speech it is very funny to catch mistakes and correct it especially the pronunciation of the vowels sounds. Also, they did speeches and presentation in the class.
She still remembers her class and classmates. She has a good memory of her Oral Communication’s class.
