This picture was taken when I was thirteen years old. My cousin took it. I worked in a store in the Dominican Republic. I think pictures are images that show who you were I the past. I describe this picture as a young man who worked to support himself and his grandmother. I remember at that time I didn’t not have too much money, but I was very happy because when people don’t have anything they do not worry about what they have.

Maybe people want to stay young forever, but when we become adults, we have difficult things to confront as adults. For that reason, this picture is very important for me because my life never shows me again like I was in that picture.
