JOAN FOSTER
Joan Foster
is the Director of the Hunterspoint Multiservice Center. It is the
second such center she has headed. She came to Hunterspoint from the
Coney Island Multiservice Center. She spent seven years as a case
manager and caseworker for the Brooklyn Bureau for the Blind before she
came to Charities. She has a Master's degree in Counseling from
NYU. She lives in Prospect Park. |
