Online Financial Aid Forms 2024-2025

2024 – 2025 (Summer 2024, Fall 2024 and Spring 2025)

Beginning with the 2022-2023 aid year, CUNY will use Student Forms Portal to assist students that are selected for verification or have conflicting information from the submission of their FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).

How to Get Started:

  1. Log into your CUNYFirst Student Center.
  2. If you see “Verify My FAFSA” listed on your To Do List, click on the link in its detail will direct you to the CUNY Student Forms website.
  3. You will be required to comply with the 2-steps authentication by providing a valid email address or phone # where you will receive a secure code.
  4. Verify that your first name, last name, date of birth, and social security number matches exactly as it appears on your FAFSA.
  5. Once you’ve successfully created your account, you will be able to take care of your tasks electronically.
