Fabulous Energy Brings Everyone Together on First Day of Fall Semester
08/30/2024 - Volunteers at the front gate and at the welcome tables greeted a steady stream of incoming students last Wednesday, the first day of the fall semester. Students convened on the Quad to learn about the diverse courses and activities offered but mostly to have a fun time enjoying ice cream, BBQ and listening to DJ’s Remix.

1.34 - Million Dollar Grant is Awarded to Queensborough Community College from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Bridges to the Baccalaureate Training Program
08/22/2024 - Empowering research-oriented students to smoothly transition to biomedical baccalaureate programs and beyond is the driving force behind a 1.34-million-dollar grant awarded to Queensborough Community College from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Bridges to the Baccalaureate Training Program (T34- Maximizing Access to Research). Queensborough will serve as the lead institution for this five-year proposal which began on August 1, 2024.
