Christians on Campus - Meeting Room: Humanities Builiding - Room: H-233
Our Purpose:
The mission of the Christians on Campus Club shall be to help students realize and participate in the eternal purpose of God as revealed in the Bible. By studying the Bible and other related texts, we hope to explore the deeper meaning of the Bible, especially how it applies to us in our living. Our hope is to experience the Bible in away that will nurture our spirit and introduce the Lord Jesus Christ, a real and living person who can be experienced and enjoyed, to members of the QCCcommunity (students, faculty, staff, and families). Our purpose on the QCCcampus will also include serving the QCC community by providing spiritual support that cannot be experienced in a typical academic setting. We emphasize longitudinal experience of the Christian life, spanning not just the student years but professional, family, and even retirement years. This is carried out by the following ways:
- Personal Bible Studies and mentoring on campus.
- Weekly Campus Meetings to discuss the Bible and aspects of our Christian Faith.
- Gospel outreach to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ within the campus community.
