The CUNY Scholarship is awarded in a rolling basis by the Scholarship Committee. Scholarships are referred to as Institutional Aid. There are multiple scholarships available, each with different requirements. There are scholarships designed specifically for students transferring from a CUNY Community College. This is offered to ten new students in the amount of $12,500 per semester. This scholarship takes into account a candidate's merit and financial need and requires completing all steps for financial aid at Columbia University-School of General Studies. The CUNY Scholarship is awarded in a rolling basis by the Scholarship Committee.


Eligibility Criteria:

All prospective and current undergraduate students are eligible to apply for institutional aid at various enrollment statuses (i.e., full time, half time, or part time).
