Excel Spreadsheet Used for Committee Suggestions 2023-2026

Information for the Excel Spreadsheet Used for Committee Suggestions for 2023-2026

The Excel document below contains the committee assignments for 2022-2025. Those names highlighted in yellow are members whose terms were expiring in 2022. Those names highlighted in green below are the chair’s suggestions for committee appointments for 2023-2026.

At the beginning of the fall 2023 semester, the chair will want to update this sheet by deleting all the names in yellow and adding the new committee members who were elected in 2023-2026.

DO NOT USE the Excel sheet as a guide since there have been resignations. What you will want to do is use the Annual Report for the 2022-2026 which will have the most up-to-date committee assignments.

You will also want to verify the current chairs/secretary for the 2023-2024 academic year. Instead of the chair taking on this task solo, it should be divided up among the C on C committee members where each member will take 3 to 4 committees to verify the following: (1) who the current chairs and secretaries are, (2) verify that there have not been any changes in committees, particularly resignations the C on C were unaware of, and (3) that the webpages for each committee matches the C on C records as indicated in the updated Excel spreadsheet.
